**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that hiring targets for our fitness trainers and front of house employees are constantly met
- Lead a team of 4-5 employees
- Execute important recruiting activities yourself
- Review current recruiting operations and initiate process and strategy improvements
- Take over full responsibility for all recruiting KPIs
**YOUR PROFILE**
- English business fluent, German is a plus
- Organized and structured: you are able to build and keep structure for yourself and for your team
- Process-oriented: Thinks in processes, is able to implement new processes and to improve existing ones
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze recruitment KPIs and make informed decisions to improve outcomes and report on team performance
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team, providing guidance, and ensuring the team's success in meeting hiring goals
- Empathic and great communication: Ability to understand feelings and emotions of others in the recruiting process and to find the right words to communicate and persuade
