Your Future Field of Action

The internship will be completed in the Regional Technical Services and Turnarounds Procurement group in the Site Procurement Hub Europe. The team is currently in the process of transforming from local procurement teams to a pan-European team and is looking forward to supporting you during this transformation process. You will support the collegial team and the transformation process by translating documents, helping to develop procurement strategies and harmonised templates.

The team is responsible for the procurement of technical services and turnaround requirements in Europe (Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands and Spain).

In addition to our wide range of benefits, you can expect an attractive salary of €2,100 gross/month for a full-time position. Furthermore, you can organize your working day as you wish - with flexible working hours and the option to work from home up to 50% of your working time.

These Tasks Await You- Europe-wide market research and supplier analysis: Immerse yourself in the world of procurement by analysing relevant markets and identifying suppliers to create the basis for strategic decisions- Support with process optimisation and process harmonisation: Work actively on the optimisation of processes and help to ensure that processes function smoothly across national borders.- Contribute to concept development for purchasing areas: Contribute your ideas and suggestions to the development of concepts for specific purchasing areas, especially in the area of Technical Services.- Administrative activities and strategic initiatives: Support administrative tasks and actively contribute to the implementation of various strategic initiatives- Collaboration with specialist departments: Work closely with other specialist departments to gain a comprehensive insight into the processes and interrelationships of our company.

This Makes You Our Perfect Match- Enrolment: You are a student at a college or university or completed your degree less than a year ago.- Good communication skills: You communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.- Ability to work in a team: You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to international teams.- Analytical skills: You have very good analytical skills and can grasp complex issues quickly.- Independent way of working: You work independently and show initiative in the implementation of tasks.- Language skills: You are fluent in German and English, knowledge of Dutch and Spanish is an advantage.- MS Office skills: You have a good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
