(Senior) Operational Excellence Specialist, Europe

We are looking for an **Operational Excellence Specialist, Europe (f/m/d)** to join our Regional Europe Dmarts Team in our incredible Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin.
As part of the Regional Operations Dmart team you will be responsible for raising the bar of our countries operational performance and seek process improvements in the operations of our stores in Europe.

**Whats on your plate**:

- Support Product improvements and developments to ensure all Store Operations needs are being attended.
- Serve as a primary product point of contact for product initiatives, by driving feature development requests and updates, ensuring strong collaboration and communication between the Locals and Regional team.
- Analyze data and internal feedback to build solid business cases to support and justify feature developments.
- Monitor and facilitate implementation and integration projects involving all local markets.
- Develop and improve processes (e.g. bug reporting) to accelerate product development and improve Operational efficiencies.
- Consult stakeholders with product insights that ensure best usage of our products across all markets.
- Optimize projects rollout for high impact improvements in our Store Operations.

**Your heroic skills**:

- 2+ years of experience working in web and mobile consumer products as a product/tech specialist, preferably in an e-commerce company.
- A strategic, analytical and hypothesis-driven mindset.
- Good interpersonal relationships.
- Initiative, teamwork, good communication and organization.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
