**About this role**:
As a _C_linical trial_ Trainee_, you will receive all relevant support and training so you can develop your skills and start your incredible journey within the clinical trial monitoring & operations world

Your training will be led by our experienced team who will mentor and guide you on how to perform a variety of key activities within Clinical Operations.

**As a Clinical trial Trainee you will learn how to**:

- Support with all administrative duties
- Assist in the submission to the Independent Ethics Committees and to Competent / Regulatory Authorities
- Assist in developing of Investigator and Institution contracts
- Assist with budget negotiation and site payments' arrangements
- Participate in Investigators selection/ feasibility
- Support and conducts site qualification visits, site initiation visits, routine monitoring visits, as well as site close
- out visits
- Review and maintains Trial Master File (TMF)

**Education & Experience required**:

- University degree (BSc or master’s level) within a scientific or life sciences background or being a student of life science faculty
- Clinical trial knowledge, via current enrolment in a Clinical trial monitoring course or with completed certification
- Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Fluency in Polish
- Advanced English (ideal)
- Ability to work office
- based in Warsaw
