**Deine Aufgaben**

**Wofür du dein Bestes gibst.**
- Unterstützung bei allen HR-relevanten Themen wie Mitarbeiterbindung, Recruiting, Employer-Branding, Personaldatenanalyse, Talentmanagement und Employee-Experience
- Bindeglied zwischen den Mitarbeiter:innen von ADA und dem Management sowie ALDI International Services HR
- Erstellung und Ergänzung von Benchmarking-Berichten für Führungskräfte
- Bereitstellung von Empfehlungen in Bezug auf interne Prozessoptimierungen auf Basis von Mitarbeiterfeedback und Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung
- Unterstützung unserer Personalabteilung bei der Planung und Durchführung spezifischer Recruiting-Veranstaltungen und -Kampagnen
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung der monatlichen Onboarding-Woche bei ADA
- Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen als Reaktion auf die Ergebnisse der Mitarbeiterbefragung
- Vertretung des Unternehmens auf Berufsmessen und an Hochschulen

**Dein Profil**

**Was du mitbringen solltest.**
- Hochschulabschluss oder umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich HR, Wissen zum Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus und zu Bedürfnissen von Mitarbeiter:innen
- Starke Ownership-Mentalität sowie eine unabhängige, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Gute:r Zuhörer:in mit ausgeprägter mündlicher und schriftlicher Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Erfahren im Aufbau von Beziehungen und der Koordination unterschiedlicher Stakeholder auf verschiedenen Ebenen
- Ausgezeichnete Organisationskompetenz mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit
- Umfassende Erfahrungen im Umgang mit M365-Anwendungen
- Herausragende soziale Kompetenzen
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
