**Site Controller (d/f/m)**:

**What You Will Do**:

- Providing concise financial and operational reporting, analyses, support and advice to the site
- Acting as an Consultant and sparring partner for the Site Management Team regarding all financial issues while reporting directly to the Site Manager
- Leading and supporting the forecast and budget process for the site, both short term and long term
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Balance Sheets in accordance with local GAAP and IAS
- Coordinating the Capex process for the site including preparation of investments requests
- Developing and implementing accounting and reporting rules which comply with Essitys internal control requirements, and ensuring effective resolution of instances of non-conformance
- Liaising with different internal stakeholders - inside and outside the plant - building a network and showing openness for regional tasks within the medical Controlling team

**Who You Are**:

- University degree in economics or equivalent
- Several years of financial controlling experience within production environment, preferably in international and / or matrix organizations
- Ability to get results in a matrix organization and collaborate in teams
- Experience in working with SAP-CO and very good knowledge in Excel
- Eagerness to challenge the status quo
- Very good German and English language skills
