**Lead Solution Architect**

**What we expect**:

- Numeracy and analysis skills: at ease estimating costs and working on pricing models with finance and sales leads. demonstrating the capacity to analyse data supplied by customers and good analytical abilities.
- Demonstrating disciplined and thoughtful approaches to writing and vocal communication is a sign of good communication skills. to explain possibly complicated answers to non-technical persons.
- Service Contracts: expertise in the creation of contract schedules and knowledge of the Managed Services service contractual frameworks.
- Team Player: the capacity to successfully function as a member of a team while making a personal contribution.
- Leadership: The ability to effectively lead teams within a Matrix organisation while also providing leadership to heterogeneous teams.
- Deals with Ambiguity: The capacity to specify solution components even when not all necessary data is at hand. realising and recording sound assumptions.

**Personal Requirements**:

- 3+ years of solution selling experience (Sales/Bid Team, RFI, RFP, etc.) with a position based in Europe and a track record of success with complicated managed service transactions
- 5+ years of equivalent experience in managed service delivery or service transition
- Employment experience across numerous geographies, industries, and environments with worldwide delivery
- Knowledge of frameworks and procedures (ITIL, COBIT preferred)
- The ability to speak and write English fluently. Being fluent German is not necessary but is very helpful for this position.
