**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Partner with sales in providing pre-sales solutions to customers, with the goal of closing deals.-
- Manage technical relationships with partners and third party integrators.-
- Engage customer C-level (CTO, CIO) for product strategy alignment and IT team for implementation discussions.-
- Design and architect secure, scalable, fault tolerant and cost-effective technical solutions for customers and/or third party vendors.-
- Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. product development, infrastructure, compliance) to determine the product modules and settings for the customers.-
- Provide timely feedback to product teams to ensure efficient implementation.**What We Look For In You**:
- Experience in project management with financial institutions with complex scenarios.-
- Familiar with business requirements (e.g. compliance) and system architecture of bank and securities clients.-
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions and lead cross-functional teams.-
- Experience in building strong rapport, empathy, and trust with clients.-
