The Solution Architect is a pivotal role for Emarsys to lift those barriers and deliver solutions that allow us to work with the best and brightest brands. Taking a lead role in understanding complex customer environments, identifying integration opportunities and qualifying custom solutions to allow our customers to use the full functionality of the Emarsys platform are the primary duties of the Solution Architect. Beyond the scoping and quantification of custom solutions, the Architect will work with post sales implementation and development teams by documenting solutions and then acting as an interface between the customer and internal teams to facilitate the execution of those solutions. The Solution Architect is seen as an expert authority on the Emarsys platform as well as wider SaaS technologies, and will be working within the Professional Services organization and will help the services teams continue to evolve and develop the way we help customers achieve their goals.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand complex customer environments
- Identify integration opportunities and qualifying custom solutions to allow our customers to use the full functionality of the Emarsys platform
- Work with post sales implementation and development teams by documenting solutions and then acting as an interface between the customer and internal teams to facilitate the execution of those solutions

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Degree holder, majoring in computer science is preferred
- Minimum 3 years work experience in client facing
- Understand Data ETL processing principles
- API & Real Time integration experience
- Project Management experience, particularly within the Marketing industry
- Advanced database design history including load considerations, SQL & Linux familiarity
- Prior coding experience (PHP and JavaScript) is needed
- Multi project workloads & clear demonstrable client communication planning
