Join us as a **Lead Copywriter for German and English** (f/m/d) at Moss. As a part of our Growth team, you will be able to combine your passion for finance with flawless copywriting. In this role, you will drive our expansion goals to reach more finance professionals, particularly in the German market, and excite them about our product. You'll own projects, manage external copywriters, and see your work directly impact our success.

**Your responsibilities**

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

- **Own copywriting & localisation**:Completely manage the end-to-end** **process of generating creative and product copy at Moss in English, including localisation into German and Dutch.
- ** Manage external freelancers**:Create structure, process and expectations for our team of external copywriters (English, Dutch and German) to ensure the highest standard of copy and localisation is met, within required delivery times.
- ** Foster teamwork**:Liaise with Brand, Growth, Product, Sales Enablement and other teams to continuously improve documentation processes, workflows and standards to enhance the end user experience.

**About you**

We think you’ll need the following **experience and qualifications** to succeed in this role:

- Previous proven experience as a copywriter, with a strong portfolio of work, and a deep understanding of the financial services space, particularly when it comes to creating copy that resonates with accountants and controllers.
- Extraordinary written and spoken communication skills in German (C2) are required, along with fluency in English (C1).
