Copywriter

**What you’ll do**:
As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for a variety of projects across the company. You’ll conceptualize ideas for content and turn those ideas into concise, compelling copy that will drive engagement with the target audience and increase registration, activation, and conversion. You’ll also lead projects related to building our brand reputation and managing customer sentiment.

By sharing your understanding of crowdinvesting and the larger investment space, you’ll play an important role in helping us popularize loans as an asset class for retail investors and drive engagement with our target audience. You’ll join our growing marketing team and help shape the brand as we move forward. This is a unique opportunity as your work will be highly visible all over the world and you’ll touch on every part of Mintos’ community in the respective language across a variety of media.

**You will**:

- Create clear, concise, and high-impact copy across all communication channels,
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging throughout all written communication,
- Develop content that generates favorable impressions of our products and services,
- Lead initiatives to increase and maintain brand reputation and customer sentiment, and support crisis communications if needed
- Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and investor service teams to develop communication and content strategies which are tailored to your audience but at the same time remain consistent with our brand
- Shape how we talk about complex financial concepts and experiment and iterate until you get to a place that works
- Review, revise, and edit content supplied by team members to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency,
- Maintain high standards of writing quality and adhere to relevant style guides and industry-specific regulations,
- Help adapt and reinforce the tone and voice of the Mintos brand in all written materials and communication elements,
- Uphold and promote the brand guidelines throughout the organization,
- Collaborate with external PR agencies to produce content and assist in crafting written responses to media inquiries as needed,
- Ensure consistency and alignment with the company's messaging and brand identity,
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to the financial sector,
- Incorporate relevant insights into the communication strategies and maintain the company's position as an industry leader.

**Your professional skills and background**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional writing experience.
- Experience writing marketing and communications copy for the financial sector
- Stellar writing skills in English (preference given to native English speaker)
- Proficiency in communicating complex financial concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Proven track record of delivering clear, straightforward copy that is enjoyable to read and drives engagement and conversion
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, tailor communication to specific target audiences, and provide performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a writing team, providing support, feedback, and contributing to a positive team culture.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating the positive impact of previous work.
