**Stellenangebot**:
Für ein weltweit tätiges Logistikunternehmen suchen wir eine **HR/Assistant/Assistenz Personal** **m/w/d)**mit erster Berufserfahrung.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen, Kündigungen und Arbeitszeugnissen nach Vorgabe
- Unterstützung beim On
- und Offboarding Prozess
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung
- Pflege des Zeiterfassungssystems inklusive Fehlzeiten
- in Verbindung mit einem externen Dienstleister
- Unterstützung beim Bewerbermanagement sowie Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Frist
- und Terminüberwachung
- Verwaltung der Berufsbekleidung
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Personaldienstleistern
- Organisation von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von SV-Prüfungen sowie Audits der Bezirksregierung bei Themenstellungen des Personalwesens
- Unterstützung des Head of Human Ressources bei HR- Projekten
- Begleitung von Mitarbeitergesprächen zusammen mit dem Line Management
- Kommunikation mit Behörden, Krankenkassen und anderen externen und internen Stellen
- Erstellung von Analysen, Auswertungen sowie Standard
- und Ad-hoc-Berichten
- Mitwirken bei der Erstellung diverser Statistiken und Reports
- Bestellwesen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Bürokaufmann (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR/Personalwesen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- Flexible, strukturierte und zierorientierte Arbeitsweise
