**Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen dabei**:

- Produktauswahl, Einkaufsplanung und Portfolioentwicklung
- Netzwerkpflege zu Leistungsträgern und Zielgebietsagenturen sowie Verhandlungen der Rahmenbedingungen
- Budgetverantwortung
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von sechs Mitarbeitenden
- Analytische Fähigkeiten von Vorteil
- Operative Stärke mit strategischem Weitblick

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tourismuskauffrau/-mann
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei einem Reiseveranstalter im Produktmanagement
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Weitreichende Zielgebiets
- und touristische Marktkenntnisse
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fremdsprachenkenntnisse der Destinationen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Sinn für Analytik und Strategie
- Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Unternehmerisches Denken
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftspartnern
