**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Healthcare Integration and Product Development**

• Strong focus on developing products that meet the needs of healthcare providers and enhance **clinical workflows**.
• Lead the product development strategy, ensuring alignment with clinical integration requirements and usability.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical stakeholders, and **PACS vendors** to ensure seamless integration and product effectiveness.

- ** Clinical Integration and Leadership**

• Deep understanding of healthcare delivery challenges, patient care, and how technology can improve outcomes.
• Ensure that all products align with **healthcare compliance** regulations and data privacy standards.
• Provide leadership and vision, ensuring the product development process remains patient-centered and driven by healthcare innovation.

- ** Security and Compliance**

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet healthcare security and privacy requirements.
• Ensure development processes comply with medical regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and support clinical data integrity.

**What We’re Looking For**

• **Healthcare Experience**:At least 3 years of experience in product development** for the healthcare or MedTech sectors, with a strong focus on clinical integration. A deep understanding of healthcare environments and the ability to work closely with clinical teams is a must.
• ** Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead development teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinicians, technical teams, and business leaders.
• ** Healthcare Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows, challenges in healthcare integration, and MedTech product development.
• ** Technical Skills**: While not the primary focus, experience with **Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker,** or similar tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
