**BRING THE MOVE**: - You will oversee and drive the strategy and execution of our digital marketing operations. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead the teams Performance Marketing and CX/CRM - Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across teams - You analyse the performance of all channels and initiate actions to drive efficiency and ROI - You enhance CRM and CX initiatives to drive customer retention and lifetime value, ensuring a seamless digital journey - You define and hit commercial targets for marketing budgets on different channels and markets - You communicate the requirements of your teams to Management, Product/IT, and the Product Data side of the organisation - You inspire and empower people; you always find ways to make teams successful and motivated. You believe great success comes from great teams **THIS IS YOU**: - University degree in business economics, marketing or similar - 5+ years of experience in performance and digital marketing, and at least 2+ years of leadership experience. Ability to attract and retain great people - Deep understanding of marketing technology (e.g. CRM platforms, automation tools, analytics software) - A data first attitude with strong analytical and experimentation skills; preferably experience with incrementality - Natural problem solver and people enabler.
