Für unsere Konzernrechtsabteilung am Standort Düsseldorf suchen wir ab sofort einen Werkstudenten (w/m/d) für den Bereich Corporate Legal Affairs.

Ihre Aufgaben:
Als Werkstudent in unserer Rechtsabteilung werden Sie Teil unseres engagierten Teams. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

- Betreuung unserer Gesellschaftsdatenbank: Pflege von Unternehmensdaten und -dokumenten in unserer Gesellschaftsdatenbank.
- Erstellung von Dokumenten: Erstellung von Dokumenten wie Vollmachten, Gesellschafterbeschlüsse und ähnliche rechtliche Dokumente.
- Recherchen: Durchführung von allgemeinen und rechtlichen Recherchen.
- Kommunikation: Kommunikation mit Ansprechpartnern verschiedener Funktionen innerhalb des Konzerns.
- Dokumentenaufbereitung: Erstellung und Aufbereitung von MS Excel-Dokumenten und MS PowerPoint-Präsentationen, beispielsweise Übersichtslisten und Trainingsunterlagen.
- Administrative Unterstützung: Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung der Rechtsabteilung.

Your profile and qualifications:

- Sie sind eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d).
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe, möglichst nachgewiesene IT-Affinität.
- Im Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Produkten sind Sie sicher.
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie sehr gut in Wort und Schrift.
- Ihre selbstständige, sehr sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
- Sie haben Interesse an wirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie an den vielfältigen internationalen Aufgaben einer Konzernrechtsabteilung.
