**Internationale Verantwortung.** Du organisierst und bearbeitest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung, inkl. der Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs, für unsere Gesellschaften in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.

**Kompetente Unterstützung.** Du unterstützt und koordinierst die Erstellung der lokalen Jahresabschlüsse sowie Steuererklärungen mit externen Beratern. Zudem unterstützen Sie die Abteilungsleiter bei der Erstellung von Konsolidierungs
- und monatlichen Managementberichten. Darüber hinaus kooperierst du mit dem Controlling bei der laufenden Finanzplanung.

**Stetige Prozessoptimierung.** Du sorgst für frische Impulse, indem du innovative Projektthemen voranbringst und interne Prozessabläufe im Accounting in modernen Softwaretools verbesserst.

**Vielseitiges Tagesgeschäft.** Du bist verantwortlich für die Organisation und Abwicklung der täglichen Finanzbuchhaltung. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie regelmäßig andere finanzielle Prozesse auf regionaler Ebene.

**VERY WICHTIG FÜR UNS.**:
**Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten** und vielleicht auch eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter hinter dir. Alternativ hast du ein gut abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Finance oder Rechnungswesen) absolviert.

**Idealerweise hast du bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung** im Bereich Finance in einem internationalen Umfeld gesammelt

**Deine Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung sowie der Bilanzierung nach HGB** und der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen sind fundiert und kombiniert mit der Affinität für moderne Softwaretools.

**Du behältst bei der Bearbeitung des eigenen Gebietes immer den Blick für’s Ganze** und stellst hohe Ansprüche an die eigenen Arbeitsergebnisse.

**Du gehst sicher mit MS Office, vor allem mit Excel um** und kennst dich mit gängigen ERP Systemen (idealerweise Maconomy) aus.

**Du bist kommunikationsstark**, in verhandlungssicherem Deutsch und gutem Englisch.
