Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Taking lead for cross-business strategic Global Portfolio Commercialisation (GPC) planning and projects, such as Brand Week, Commercial summits, GPC community meetings (in person & virtual), GPC Leadership Team meetings
- Providing proactive input into cross-business activities such as Commercial townhalls, advisory boards, congress, supervisory board preparations
- Tracking all GPC projects, noting inter-dependencies to enable prioritisation, clarity and communication between the global teams and cascade to the local teams, including interdependencies with ex-commercial projects
- Providing project management leadership to asset teams to ensure good practice for project management in place
- Responsible for leading Brand week activities, linking to financial planning & budgeting timings and content - communicates and engages with organisation where relevant within and outside of GPC
- Responsible for leading commercial processes tracking to support/ enable our transformation
- Responsible for preparing and sharing the GPC dashboard
- Operational lead for CPS workstream, supporting head of GPC
- Provides project and programme management discipline and tools to establish and maintain transparency of the GPC “master plan”/ dashboard and tracks performance vs plan
- Coordinating and aligning/sharing practice with other operations leads/project managers as relevant
- Ensuring decisions, issues and risks are adequately analysed and documented with minutes or other documents in forums which they participate
- Attending selected workstream and functional team meetings to identify and document key issues and interdependencies impacting overall timelines, the scorecard and brand/asset plans
- Providing document filing strategy and use of team working tech (e.g. MS Teams and various drives, etc) to whole department

**What you'll bring to the table**
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- University degree (Bachelor or Master)
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in project or process management roles (in the pharmaceutical industry or in consulting)
- Having worked in an international environment and track record of managing across cultures and geographies
- Experience with project management tools
- Fluency in Business English, additional language beneficial
- Experience in commercial functions preferred but not necessary
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Solid analytical capabilities
- Skills in working across functions and across business silos
- Proactivity, resilient, ability to prioritise and escalate issues as required
- “Completer/finisher” who ensures delivery to time and quality; strong attention to detail
