Location: **Your tasks**: - Manage a global team of Product Managers (disciplinarily and functionally). - Implement and live a global Product Lifecycle Process (PLC) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to steer Utimaco’s Product Portfolio transparently and with a P&L mindset - Successfully develop existing product and solution portfolio along "secure", "shape", "grow" - Successfully introduce new portfolio elements as well as manage the portfolio lifecycles based on related business cases - Actively researched the market for potential M&A addons and integrated portfolio companies into Utimaco group. - Transform portfolio elements from perpetual to subscription-based licensing, including related as-a-service offerings. - Lead the global portfolio pricing strategy. - Professionalize Product Management practice: - (e.g. pricing, roadmap, master data, system interfaces (e.g. SAP, SF ), processes, business cases, elementary documents for product releases **Your profile**: - Cybersecurity expertise, specializing in Hardware Security Modules, PKI, Electronic Payments Infrastructures, Cryptographic Key Management Systems, and Cloud Security. - Successful track record leading teams from ideation to commercialization of new offerings. - Strong market understanding and ability to assess market sizes. - Proven ability to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment, considering research data and cross-industry trends. - Effective planning and management of complex portfolios, positioning offerings competitively. - Entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating sound business judgment and independent idea development. - Cross-department collaboration, adept at meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing workloads. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach. - Enthusiastic and technically proficient with excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plus. **We offer**: - An open and friendly corporate culture characterized by a constructive and cooperative environment. - Many learning opportunities to deepen your skillset and to support your professional growth. - Personal coverage by travel health insurance, private accident insurance, and a company pension plan. - Access to specific education programs for professional and personal growth. - Flexible working hours and the option to work mobile, independent time management. - Challenging tasks and close cooperation with a competent team. - A dynamic company where teamwork and relationship management are very important. **Do you feel addressed?** ***:
