Our EdTech Lab team is looking for a

**Student Assistant**
(M/F/x, up to 20h/week, to start as soon as possible)

You will provide assistance with operations, learning analytics, and project management for the development of online and blended programs and courses

**As EdTech Student Assistant, you will work in close collaboration with the EdTech Lab Team on**:
**Analytics Projects**
- Synthesize data related to course and program evaluations and student learning
- Develop dashboards and other visualizations through platforms such as Power BI and Excel to communicate findings from the data
- Designing stakeholder surveys and aggregating feedback

**Operations and project management matters**
- Research projects related to various topics such as new learning technologies, GDPR, and copyrights
- Learn the mechanics of the school’s blended learning platform (the Hub) to support with technology checks and related tasks
- Complete administrative tasks to ensure projects are completed within scope or schedule
- Update or improve project or learning design documentation
- Support the team in the preparation and delivery of online and blended programs
- Assist the team in testing new learning technologies
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvements and suggest new efficient procedures

**You are qualified for this position, because you**
- Are enrolled in a master´s study program for at least one more year
- Are interested and enthusiastic about the use of technology in education
- Have excellent problem solving skills and you pay attention to detail
- Have excellent time management and solid organizational skills
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Have excellent communication skills in English (oral and in writing)
- Experience with complex problem solving and analysis using statistical methods
- Ability to work independently, think strategically and analytically
