**Student Assistant - Student Funding (gn)**

**Your tasks**:
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
a) providing advice to students:

- Individual online and in-person consultations for prospective and admitted students to explore internal and external funding opportunities
- Follow up proactively on individual cases
- Track communications and information requests from prospective and admitted students
- Prepare reports for various stakeholders at the School
- Other administrative tasks

b) external funding:

- Research potential new cooperations with funding institutions in key markets (e.g., Germany, Europe, US, Latin America and India)

**Your profile**:

- Enrolled at a German University for the duration of the contract (two years)
- Hands-on approach and strong pro-active service orientation
- Ability to work independently and reliably, with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong intercultural competences
- Very good oral and written skills in German and English
