**You will join our Business Finance DE department**

Business Finance delivers business controlling, project controlling and financial project support to all Ramboll’s businesses operating in Germany and Switzerland. We work in different teams, based on market, expertise or internal stakeholders. As our new Team Lead (M/F/d) you will be part of our DE Business Finance Organisation of around 20 people and you will report to the Head of Business Finance in Germany.

Your workplace will be Hamburg.

**Your key tasks and responsibilities will be**:

- Business Partner to the Country Market Director for Ramboll Transport in DE (about 250 FTE Organisation, approx. 31 Mio EUR annual revenue)
- Team Lead - Project & Business Controlling for Transport, consisting of 3 Business and Project Controller in DE
- Resource allocation to divisions, large projects, etc. including balancing of workload, back-up for leave of absence, etc.
- Coordination of work tasks and alignment of Controlling focus
- Create a community for sparring and development of team members (full staff responsibility lies with your direct Manager)

- A relevant Master degree e.g. Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, Master of Economics or similar
- We expect you to have significant and relevant professional experience, +7 years
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Fluent German and English, spoken as well as written, is a prerequisite

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: You are self-driven and take responsibility for your team and the controlling agenda in Transport. You have a business focused approach and structure information to meet the needs and understanding for the intended audience, be it top management, your team or project managers. We expect you to make rational judgements from the available information and analysis. You produce workable solutions to a range of problems and demonstrate an understanding of how a particular issue can be part of a bigger picture. Together with your team you establish timely assessment of risk and opportunities and transform these into high quality recommendations or solutions.
