**The Challenge**:
The mission of the Solution Strategist is developing the Customer Experience (CX) business within the DACH region. To accomplish this, you will work side-by-side with the sales organisation on strategic account planning, deal specific strategy, and sales campaign execution.
**Expectations for Success**:
- 50% - 60% of your role will be spent client facing, solution selling and pre-sales support
- 40% - 50% of the role will involved supporting marketing,GTM solution development and enablement
- Drive new revenue, measured on the CX buyer target for the Customer Unit
- Proactively engage the sales organization to penetrate key strategic accounts
- Participate in one-to-one account planning and strategy sessions with the sales teams
- Work in partnership with enablement and the sales strategy team to build and deliver training for the sales organisation
- Support with marketing content creation and presentation
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- 5+ years experience working in a strategic customer experience role or comparable working experience in a CX manager position in a consulting company
- Extensive experience interacting with clients in pre-sales capacity - former experience in a pre-sales function would be a plus
- Strong presentation skills at various company levels -from exec to line-of-business
- with the ability to represents Qualtrics at industry events and evangelise the work we do with customers
- Ability to quickly understand enterprise client needs and requirements in different departments (marketing, sales, digital, customer service, etc.)
- Ability to work with customers to build credibility and quickly become a trusted advisor
- Working experience in supporting bigger cross-functional and functional sales teams
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or Business Economics
- Willingness and ability to work in a quota-carrying sales environment
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Keen understanding of client needs in the world of employee feedback programs.
- Strong sales acumen to contribute to commercial discussions and demonstrate the full value of an employee feedback program run on the Qualtrics platform.
- Understanding of the significant industry shifts taking place in employee feedback, and be able to position forward-thinking, innovative yet impactful solutions to clients
