**The future looks like you**:
The People & Culture (P&C) division is C&A´s corporate Human Resources function and within this, our Services & Systems department is responsible for the standardization and continuous improvement of administrative HR operations processes and systems across Europe. The Services & Systems team is about to standardize and improve all kinds of HR documents. This includes the standardization of templates and the implementation of software solutions to support the creation and filing of HR documents in day-to-day HR operations. In this role you are working alongside several other working students and experienced team members.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Clean-up and standardize the appearance of all kinds of existing HR document templates across C&A Europe
- Create new templates that can get embedded in the HR system for HR document generation
- Test the proper functioning of the re-worked document templates and document management software solutions
- Support in the preparation of the document templates
**What you bring**:
- Enrolled student (M/F/d) in Business Administration, Management, HR or similar
- Good business English and French skills
- IT-affinity and understanding of modern web-based / cloud solutions
