**What you can expect**

We are looking for a talented media designer to turn our content into professional eye-catching whitepapers and social media campaigns. You will be working closely with our PR and marketing team to design and produce high-end visual and animated content that takes our marketing activities to the next level. The role includes:

- Support in financial management - e.g. travel expenses and credit card statements
- Support in the management of internal projects
- Support in office management and office organization
- General correspondence in German and English
- Research Work
- Support in Document handling and archiving
- Responsible tasks in an international and dynamic team
- Home office possible

**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in all disciplines, preferably with previous knowledge in the field of office management/ accounting
- Good communication skills in German and English - verbal and in writing
- Significant experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organizational talent and independent work
- Good interpersonal and time management skills and high attention to detail
- High degree of initiative, teamwork, and responsibility
