**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Visionary Leadership**: Lead the school dynamically and develop a vision that inspires students, staff, and the entire school community. This vision should reflect core educational values and a clear moral purpose.

- ** Promoting Excellence**: Establish and maintain a center of educational excellence, characterized by high standards and innovative approaches.
- ** Community and Collaboration**: Work closely with coordinators and other departments to enhance and expand the school’s services.
- ** External Representation**: Act as a highly visible leader within the school and a trusted representative for the school community.

**Your Profile**:

- Leadership Skills: You are passionate about the transformative power of education and bring solid experience in education, including at least four years of teaching experience.

is a mixed, non-denominational school. The school provides a bilingual education with teaching in both English and German and is a free school educating students from first grade all the way up to Abitur (High School Graduation).
