- Supporting all Business & IT units of the group, especially support yearly service reviews
- Consult, set-up and execute system-wide SAP Basis & MS Azure tasks and processes, which supports the business and IT/Digital SLA and operation targets
- Ensure Alignment with technical architecture guidelines and standards

**authentic & ambitious**:

- Your profile- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or similar, or relevant work experience
- Professional experience in IT/Digital Technologies (IT/Digital Applications), Portfolio and Service Management processes, according to ITIL
- Experience in developing and executing concepts, plans and creating change programs
- Knowledge and experience in intercultural and diverse communications and interpersonal relationships
- Proven ability to network with stakeholders, customers, colleagues and suppliers to maximum effect
- Ability to build sustainable partnerships with the businesses and other Business IT units
- ITIL Expert certification
- Professional Scrum Master certification
- Understanding of delivering results in a professional way
- Knowledge of driving improvements and optimization as business as usual
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to frequent business travel
