**Plannig & Fulfillment Specialist/Operations Planning (f/m/d)**:

The Material Planner handles end-to-end planning of inventory in excess of invoicing, from purchase requisition to customer invoice, assisting internal customer service inquiries. Reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager, you will set inventory parameters and inventory targets, while making sure that there is adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Setting priorities for midterm production planning
- Working with our distribution channels to improve delivery performance towards our customers
- Providing assistance to the local material planner and production scheduler
- Overseeing the cycle counting activities on site and at subcontractors’
- Working with buyers to get the best supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), quality, lead time, and flexibility
- Conducting financial risk assessments relating to inventory, and root cause evaluation when necessary
- Ensuring that planning bills of materials are up to date, and generating material plans based on supply plans

**Your background**:

- Min. 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/Production environment/Material Management, working as Material Planner, Logistic expert, Supply Planner or similar within fast moving goods environment (make to stock)
- High analytical skills
- Knowledge of SAP PP & MM, MS Office (esp. EXCEL), MS Power Bi
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Min. a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration/Engineering/Material Management
- Fluency in German & English
