(Senior) UX /UI Design Specialist (f/m/d)

You can work remotely or at our location(s) in Heidelberg, Hamburg, Berlin, Thale, Magdeburg or Munich

Your Mission: Join our team
  • Join our UX/UI team to develop, implement and improve design principles for our software products and support internal functions.
  • Design concepts, user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes — from initial idea to implementation.
  • Function as internal cross functional UX/UI ambassador in close collaboration with both our Product and Marketing teams to shape our brand.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests with internal and external stakeholders to validate design decisions and turn them into work packages.
  • Contact person for UX/UI inquiries, you have the bigger picture in mind and advise our teams on usability and user experience for their specific requirements.
  • Support the conception and development of Design Guides to ensure consistency, scalability and knowledge transfer.
  • Present your design solutions in front of stakeholders.
What we are looking for: Your profile
  • Professional experience as UX specialist (f/m/d) the SaaS platform and on-premises software solutions
  • Experience with design software like Figma is preferred
  • Passion for user experience and design thinking for Enterprise software
  • Willingness to help shape the future design language of SNP and the SNP software portfolio
  • Open-minded and creative way of thinking in combination with strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong presentation, communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Team player with a focus on the customer
  • Very good language skills in written and spoken English, German skills are a plus
