**Our Mission**

We are a Munich-based seed-stage startup and develop a first-of-a-kind deep-tech medical software. It will assist physicians to find the best possible mechanical ventilation treatment for the individual patient - anywhere at any time. Ebenbuild forges medical images of a patient and physiological data into a personalized digital twin of that particular patient: A culmination of in-depth physiological knowledge, AI/machine learning, and physics-based algorithms. Our motivation: Enable unprecedented medical insights and tailored precision treatment. Our mission: Improve the odds for recovery and survival of millions each year.

**The Opportunity**

We want you to join us as an integral part of our team. You will harness your business and problem-solving skills to
- work directly with the founders
- support preparations for our next financing round
- develop, improve, and maintain our financial planning
- analyze and improve our existing business processes
- work independently on your own projects and present them to the company
- take on new tasks and responsibilities as they arise in early start-up life
- and play a key role in shaping the foundations of the business

**How you’ll enhance the Ebenbuild skillset**
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Relevant experience in the field of venture capital, private equity, startup or business consulting
- Strong interest in technology and health-tech
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
- Substantial problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Use them gigahertzes Anticipate repetitive tasks, break them down and automate them

Perhaps most importantly, this position requires grit and a certain dose of “**Abenteuerlust**”.
