Für die Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Schienenfahrzeuge GmbH am Standort München suchen wir innerhalb des Fachbereiches "Virtual Testing & Simulations" einen **Principal Expert FEA & Simulation Governance** **(m/w/d)** Referenzcode DE_MUC_50944447_3 **IHRE AUFGABEN**: - Hauptexperte für Strukturmechanik - und Betriebsfestigkeitsberechnung bei Knorr-Bremse Rail weltweit - Gestaltung der Prozesse für lineare und nichtlineare, statische und dynamische Finite-Elemente-Berechnung sowie der darauf aufbauenden Betriebsfestigkeitsbewertung, sodass die Berechnungsaussage in die Freigabe sicherheitskritischer Bauteile einfließen kann - Durchführung komplexer Strukturmechanik - und Betriebsfestigkeitsanalysen - Verifikation und Validierung der Berechnungsmodelle nach den Prinzipien von Simulation Governance sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Versuchsabteilungen hinsichtlich der dafür benötigten Versuche - Interne Auditierung der Berechnungsabläufe an den verschiedenen Standorten - Schulung anderer Mitarbeiter **IHR PROFIL**: - Abgeschlossenes Studium einer Ingenieurwissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt technische Mechanik oder Numerik, Promotion von Vorteil - Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der linearen und nichtlinearen Strukturmechanikberechnung und Bewertung für sicherheitskritische Bauteile und Baugruppen, vorteilhafterweise mit Ansys oder Optistruct - Expertenwissen Betriebsfestigkeitsbewertung, Überlebenswahrscheinlichkeit, Lastannahmen, Lastkollektivermittlung, Auswertung von Festigkeitsversuchen, Schwingungsanalyse - Routine bei Skripting und Programmierung zur Automatisierung von Berechnungsabläufen, vorzugsweise mit APDL & Python - Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Konzepten und Standards zu Simulation Governance, z.B.
