and multifunctional online booking engine for travel agencies & tour operators.

Tasks
- Job description and Your Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner and in compliance with Multireisen policy and according to SLA.
- Perform ticketing and any ticketing-related queries in GDS (Galileo).
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and excellent customer service
- Work in shifts Monday-Sunday from 8:00 am to 0:00 (40 hours per week)

**Requirements**:
**Experience, Skills & Capabilities**:

- 2+ years’ experience within a Customer support/GDS specialist (Travelport Galileo) role
- Strong technical knowledge of the travel industry with GDS functionality and industry related work experience is advantageous.
- Excellent level of technical awareness with a solid understanding of other GDS (Amadeus, Sabre etc.) is advantageous
- Experience in supporting B2B products is advantageous
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Proficiency in English (written, oral)
