Creative Producer

**Your role**:
As a Creative Producer & Content Creator YouTube you will bring our Kitchen Stories YouTube channel to the next level with exceptional video content, directly supporting our company’s mission to inspire, enable and delight aspirational home cooks in their everyday cooking. As part of the YouTube team at Kitchen Stories, you will work cross-functionally, together with the Production, Social Media, Arts, and Editorial teams, in an international and highly talented creative environment. Your main tasks will include:

- Develop and create a content plan for the next 12 months in line with our strategic growth plans for the platform, incl. signature formats to grow and engage our YouTube audience
- Video ideation and scripting for YouTube video formats and YouTube Shorts
- Publishing, analyzing, and optimizing videos on our channel, refining the right strategies in line with the YouTube platform and algorithm
- Editorial oversight of video production, incl. SEO research, thumbnails, set assistance, and post-production feedback
- Collaboration and support of on-camera talent

**Your profile**:

- You have gained relevant experience in the field of influencer marketing, social media, or content marketing
- Your very strong written and oral communication skills help you easily build up new relationships and comfortably negotiate at eye level
- Your deep understanding of social platforms, digital video, and editorial storytelling helps you to grasp future trends and act proactively on them
- You bring solid German food(ie) industry expertise, have considerable interest in food and cooking and feel comfortable discussing food trends, ingredients, and techniques with your peers
- You are a motivated self-starter, have excellent project management skills, and are extremely detail-oriented and result-driven
- You bring a hands-on mentality with a structured, analytical, open-minded way of thinking and problem-solving
- You are fluent in speaking and writing German with strong skills in English
- Experience in front of the camera is a plus, from a professional context or in your own private social media appearance
