Creative Video Producer

We are looking for a Creative Video Producer for our Creative Operations team in the heart of buzzing Berlin

As a Creative Video Producer at Babbel, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our creative vision to life through various video projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of video production, from conceptualization to execution and delivery. Your expertise in filming, post-production, and production techniques will be essential in maintaining the highest quality standards for all our video content. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Video Team and help to produce kickass videos with a focus on our marketing channels (TV campaigns, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat). You enjoy collaborating with other producers, video editors, visual designers, and writers, working in an environment that is energetic and pragmatic. **You will**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts for video projects
- Oversee and manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, scheduling, and on-set direction
- Ensure the use of cutting-edge filming techniques and equipment to achieve desired visual effects and storytelling (camera, lighting, sound)
- Lead the post-production process, including video editing, color grading, sound design, and visual effects
- Review and approve final video content to meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project objectives
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure projects are delivered within the allocated timelines and financial constraints (with the support of the Head of Video Production)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and creativity in video production

**You have**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in creative video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in filming, post-production, and production
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant post-production tools (Davinci, After effects, ProTools)
- Demonstrated ability to manage video production processes effectively
- In-depth knowledge of video equipment and technologies, staying informed about the latest advancements
- Strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and the ability to translate creative ideas into compelling videos
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively
