We are looking for a full-time Junior Creative Producer (M/F/x) for our internal Creative Studio at Beam to start as soon as possible.

**What you can expect from us**:

- You will manage and drive the production and project delivery of diverse creative projects from brief to execution, within budget and on time
- You will help to shape our brand and help us bring it to life with an in-house creative team and external creative partners depending on the scope and requirements of the project
- You will find the right approaches to complex creative projects based on budget, risks and opportunities and execute them
- You will support the production of content, moving images and organize smaller shoots by yourself
- You will help set, improve, and implement production and project standards
- You will be one of the first members of our new creative team, helping to shape the culture and our overall brand in the tech market

**What we expect from you**:

- You have work experience as a Creative Producer or Project Manager in a production company, creative agency or an in-house creative team
- You enjoy working with a diverse group of people and leading them from brief to execution
- You have good understanding of technical requirements for video productions and solid project management skills
- You are happy to find the right partners for the project
- Your english skills are excellent
- Ability to influence without authority, high motivation, love for the process, ability to understand different perspectives, and an interest for new technologies
- A great portfolio with diverse work examples and approaches

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in a production company, a creative agency, or in-house creative team within a comparable position
- A portfolio of diverse projects (across multiple channels and touch-points is a plus)
- Hands on experience behind the camera and post production process
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced data-driven environment with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask
- Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (good command of German is a plus)
- Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus
- Experience with smaller internal shoots is a plus
