Social Media and Communications Specialist

We’re looking for a social media specialist who can add excitement and fresh notes to our social media platforms, similar to the contagious effect of an office water cooler chat. If you're a social media wizard who knows how to take our professional presence on LinkedIn to the next level, decode the secret language of TikTok and turn our memes into viral sensations, we want you on our team

**Your new adventure**:

- Create and execute Pipedrive’s social media plan that supports our growth and hiring plans
- Create social media posts to drive high engagement, reach and brand awareness on our current and new global social media platforms
- Manage social media accounts and communities by posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages and monitoring social media activities
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and increase brand awareness
- Curate engaging content, including text, images, videos and infographics for social media platforms
- Strong understanding of social media analytics
- Maintain our newsroom and collaborate with designers to create engaging and visually appealing web assets that support our brand
- Collect and manage social media release forms
- Coordinate localization of press materials for global markets
- Make sure Pipedrive’s profile is up to date on public platforms
- Provide support in organizing world-class events for our global sales and marketing community, as well as manage Pipedrive's participation in trade shows

**Does this sound like you?**:

- At least 2 years of experience in using social media in a b2b setting
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Great communication and writing skills
- An understanding of good storytelling and the ability to tell a story through photos, videos and words
- Familiarity with photo and video editing tools
- Passion for research or learning about trends and ideas in the digital space
- A high level of initiative, motivation and a goal-oriented way of working
- A creative and solutions oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic-conceptual thinking skills
- A talent for project management
