We are searching for the **Technical Lead** for our distributed product team, located in Germany and Ukraine. The **goal for the position** is to ensure autonomy of the team and deliver optimal technical decisions when achieving the customer goals. We are searching for the champion in the technical excellence who will support the team in implementing smart solutions. **Your job**: **What you will create**: - Cloud native, scalable and high performing products of enterprise level; - Applications, which stand alone for it's value and quality on the procurement market; **What you will practice**: - building micro-services architecture; - implementing new features and owning product and micro services in the supplier management product domain; - leading experienced autonomous Feature Team (6 people); **What competences we are searching for**: - .Net C# skills; - MS SQL/ Mongo DB skills; - Redis; RabbitMQ; MassTransit; Elastic Search; - DDD, clean code; - CQRS/CQS; Event Sourcing; - Azure DevOps; - Docker; k&s. - REST API; - Swagger; - strong collaboration skills; - building technical vision and leading the team to achieve it; **How you will work**: - discuss **architectural challenges** and ways to solve it with Architecture Board; - make architectural decisions work by converting them into specific steps and implementations; - actively participate in **development and cross team sync up meetings** to learn new, understand company horizons and goals; - communicate technical decisions to the team and timely address changes; - lead **technical planning meetings** by discussing user stories with the team and decomposing tasks; begin with the end result in mind; - ** ensure high quality of the delivered products **(documentation in Swagger, code review, unit tests, API tests, monitoring, tracing and alerting); - collaborate daily with the Product manager to ensure the team understands the purpose clearly; - answer technical questions which the team has; - escalate when the help is needed to Head of Development; - align with the team during **daily stand up** meetings; - speak out for improvement suggestions during **retrospective meetings** which** work;** **You will have**: - have time to "think" and work with the team to implement the best ideas in features; - concentrate on essence of your job; - see CORE culture (customer-oriented; open-minded; responsible; excellent) in action; - work in remote schedule (with occasional business travels to the main development hub in Stuttgart); - discuss feedback on your expectations and performance twice a year with your Lead; - get regular salary reviews once per year; - regular informal 1-1 meetings with your Lead; - grow professionally, working closely with technical architect and other senior colleagues; - get medical insurance; - attend workshops and conferences; - access to e-learning platform; - travel allowance; - company pension scheme; - free sports at STEP Sport & Spa; - job bike; - regular company events to boost networking and knowledge sharing. **Join Us**: **It’s time to meet you** The cloud provider Onventis has optimised its e-procurement solutions for SMEs.
