- As a working student Backoffice Sales you will support our Sales Engineers/Coordinator in processing customer orders: In particular, the administrative effort behind the process of receiving orders up to the delivery of our products (microscopy systems, nanopositioners as well as distance sensors) to our international business partners (universities, research institutes, companies).Working Student Order Processing

Your Responsibilities and Duties
- Support in the planning and organization of events and trade fair appearances
- Assist our Sales Engineers/Coordinator in managing and documenting customer orders into our ERP system:

- Create web inquiries / customers in the ERP system STEPS
- Entering trade show leads and forwarding them to Sales
- Support VAT No. verification for EU customers
- Tracking and archiving of shipment confirmations
- Filing import/export and order documents
- Document import tax notices in the STEPS ERP system

Your Skills and Qualifications
- Enrolled student, no matter what your field of study, but commercial knowledge desirable
- Very good written and spoken German as well as good English skills
- Open-mindedness, ability to work in a team and a friendly, communicative personality
- Independent, reliable and result-oriented way of working
