About RIGOL

From our European headquarters in Gilching, we serve customers from research institutes to high-tech manufacturers across the continent. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Order Processing Specialist to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities


• End-to-end order management: from order entry and validation through to invoicing


• Check customer orders for completeness and accuracy (items, prices, delivery terms)


• Coordinate closely with Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery


• Prepare export and customs documentation (e.g. export declarations, certificates of origin)


• Maintain customer and order data in the ERP system (SAP)


• Monitor delivery dates and proactively communicate deviations to customers


• Administer returns (RMA) and issue credit notes


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and reporting

Your Profile


• Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, wholesale & foreign trade clerk) or comparable qualification


• At least 3 years' experience in international order processing or internal sales


• Solid knowledge of Incoterms, export control, and customs regulations


• Confident user of ERP systems (ideally SAP Business One) and MS Office


• Very good written and spoken German and English


• Team player with a proactive, service-oriented, and well-structured working style
