(Senior) Product Owner (M/F/d)

**About the role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Owner who aligns customer-centric operations and software solutions. You’ll translate ideas into strategy, processes, and software solutions. To succeed in this role, you should be a curious and hands-on Product Owner with a good technical understanding. We seek somebody with both an incredible eye for detail and an ability to keep the big picture in mind and innovate.

**What you'll do**:

- You own the post-order part of our subscription model. You create best-in-class service for our customers. You make sure that they are easily accessible, and you enable our organization to deliver on our promises
- You will become a specialist for our operational processes and internal work flows
- Establish and monitor business and product metrics to identify optimization and new product opportunities
- Monitor repetitive processes and manage potential risks/issues
- Define the product vision for your team
- Work directly with the developers
- Manage the prioritize product backlog and roadmap, and align with stakeholders
- Create and review user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage internal technical requests like database changes
- Ensure product quality and successful releases
- Explain the product and service to important potential clients and find tradeoffs on business/technical solutions and integration

**What you'll need**:

- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Very good process and optimization understanding
- Ideally experience in working on complex, operations-heavy products (for example E-commerce)
- Comfortable being very hands-on in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Cross-functional skill set - you have a good technical understanding, you can create thoughtful user stories and process charts
- You’ve made significant contributions to at least two different products
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English is required and fluency in German is a big plus
