Senior Product Owner ERP & Tools (f/m/d)
**About the role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Owner who is not afraid to take charge and will lead the ERP implementation. To succeed in this role, you should be a curious and hands-on Product Owner with a good technical understanding. We seek somebody with both an incredible eye for detail and an ability to keep the big picture in mind and innovate.
**What you'll do**:
- Lead the ERP implementation by supporting the selection process, gathering requirements, communicating to implementation partners, lead testing, release, scope of ongoing improvements and more.
- With the stakeholders, select, implement and support multiple important accounting, management control, and HR tools.
- Ensure continuous digitization of manual tasks in Finance & HR.
- Align tools and digital processes with the overall strategy of the Finance & HR department.
**What you'll need**:
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role - especially with ERP solutions
- You are an expert in designing and implementing digital solutions for Finance & HR
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Experience being very hands-on in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Cross-functional skill set.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English and German is required
