**YOUR MISSION**
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with SPREAD's overall goals and objectives to continue building a scalable SaaS platform;
- Collaborate with customers via sales, and customer value teams, to gather feedback and insights for product enhancements;
- Prioritize and plan the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and user needs;
- Work closely with Design and UX colleagues to create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly define product features and functionality;
- Provide detailed specifications and documentation to guide the development team in building high-quality, user-friendly, and reusable features;
- Act as the bridge between the engineering team and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration;
- Work closely with Software Engineers to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features;
- Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that the end-user experience is at the forefront of decision-making;
- Embrace and implement agile development methodologies, leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;
- Monitor project progress, identify and address impediments to ensure on-time delivery.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- Formal degree in engineering studies, computer science, or a relevant field;
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment;
- Experience in or affinity for the automotive and/or other manufacturing industries such as transportation, heavy equipment, etc.
- Strong understanding of agile development processes and methodologies optionally supported with professional certification programs;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Familiarity with UX principles and design thinking;
- Excellent team skills and experience with managing cross-functional setups;
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends;
- Excellent English language skills (German language proficiency is an advantage).

**Salary**: 70,000.00€ - 100,000.00€ per year
