- TRAINING MENS APPAREL
Men’s Training
- We focus on creating credible training products for all fitness levels, from beginners to competitive athletes. We do this by integrating athlete and training community insights with garment and fabric technology. Our training insights come from working with training partners such as Les Mills and various CrossFit and Hyrox athletes. The training range creates products emphasizing power, intensity, motion and workout Essentials. We value collaboration. Our design team collaborates closely with marketing and development to create great workout apparel answering athlete and consumer needs.
- WOMEN’S SPORTSWEAR DESIGN
Join our women’s sportswear design team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, graphics, color, and development, to work on innovative projects that push the boundaries of design. We seek passionate fashion designers with a strong sense of innovation and trend awareness, ready to embrace emerging technologies and expand their skillset. - FOOTBALL APPAREL DESIGN
Be a part of the Football Apparel Design Team, seeking to create the look of football on
- and off-pitch from match
- to training wear. Working on a variety of product types, including apparel design, graphic design, color and material expertise through the lens of football culture. Concept and trend awareness with a pronounced interest on the performance side of the beautiful game how to evolve it.
- GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Support team in day-to-day tasks
- Assist and observe the entire design phase from concept creation of final product
- Gather relevant trend and consumer information for the product category
- Support with creation of seasonal design ideas and concepts
- Assist the Design Team in the creation of creative direction presentations, product designs, tech packs and material/innovation research
- Complete CAD revisions, color updates and technical packages
- Create prototypes and design samples to support seasonal concepts
- Participating and support during products’ fitting sessions
- Communicate with the cross-functional stakeholders such as Marketing and Development
- Uploading data into the internal software system
- WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Student of Apparel Design, Sportswear/Performance Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design or similar
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Fluent in Illustrator and Photoshop programs preferably in a Mac environment
- Experience in working with 3D programs is a plus (CLO3D or similar)
- Strong storytelling abilities
- Good sketching and renderings skills to communicate concepts and ideas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks
- Previous design experience is a plus

- ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2025 - March 2026
- Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship
