- Drive the strategic creative vision of performance apparel across the different sports.
- Show a high-performance understanding combined with a high taste level.
- Build and design the new technologies by shaping the key pieces. Lead the conversation by examples.
- Collaboration - Bond with the different functions of the Innovation team and cross-functional team (BUs, Compliance, Sourcing, Development, factories) to ensure that the design vision is being carried out with integrity.
- Built a strong connection with the Puma apparel Design community.
- Passion for functional solving problem and interest to connect with athletes/external partners to get first hands feedback/insides.
- Create and package the performance stories holistically to present in key brand moments (eg. Design camp )
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while staying close to the Global Creative Director and Head of Innovation to meet our internal key milestones.

**YOUR TALENT**:

- At least 7 years of progressive work experience of designing and developing innovative garments for a leading sports/lifestyle brand.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in product creation, design or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- Thorough knowledge of international product development, manufacturing processes, fabrics, product conceptualization and technical package specification.
- Project Management experience to manage multiple projects at various stages at the same time.
- Proficiency in Adobe Packages.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills. Excellent presentation skills.
- Very good verbal and written language skills in English
- Availability to travel to Europe, US and Asia.
- This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.
