- Product Operations - Football
The Football Apparel team develops a variety of different products and with different complexity levels, such as jerseys, training wear, jackets, and rainwear. There are two pillars of the football apparel business: the license and the teamwear business. The license business services all the football clubs and football federations that are wearing our products on the field of play. During the development of license products, a close interaction with the clubs or federations is necessary to ensure we meet their expectations as well. The aim is to develop products that meet all the quality requirements, commercial targets, and the athlete’s expectations in regard to fit, performance, and comfort.
- Product Operations - Sportswear & Training BU Graphics
Join our BU Graphics Team if you like to advance your knowledge in Graphic Execution, Digital Creation and if you would like to have a solid understanding of the BU landscape within Adidas. We are set-up to own Graphic Tees across the brand. We create our products on a toolbox approach and are one of the most advanced BU's when it comes to digital creation. We create Graphic Tees for concepts across the brand so you will be able to gather insights from multiple BU's. We are a diverse team from all over the world - coming together to create the most powerful graphics for adidas.
- Product Operations - Running & Credibility Sports
Join our Product Development Team for creating innovative and high-quality performance wear apparel products for everyone from sports enthusiasts, global well-known sports teams to Professional athletes. We are developing apparel products for sports categories such as Running, Swim, Tennis, Rugby, Cycling and special events e.g. the Olympic Games. In our Team you will strengthen your sports specific garment and têxtile technology knowledge, whilst learning about special consumer needs in different sports areas.
- Product Operations - Outdoor
Being in the Product Development team is being in the heart of Product Creation for our Outdoor apparel products. This is the place where we push boundaries of products, experiences, and technical possibilities. As an Intern you would be involved in getting and understanding of a full cycle from design and initial proto typing to final approval. - Product Operations - Advanced Creation
Our team is belonging to Advanced Creation that is defined as a horizontal team, what means that we are not referring to any Business Unit. The benefit of working in a horizontal team is on the one hand the collaboration with different business units and on the other hand that we are always the first ones who are testing new technologies which are sometimes used by adidas only. Advanced Creation is split in several teams, whereby our team is fully focusing on digital. We are creating the basic pattern library in 3D, which is used as a foundation for creating new designs for each season. Our team is also owning the virtual avatars and additionally we are running projects connected to 3D processes and support the digital adidas community depending on business needs.

YOUR TASKS:
- For internships with Pattern Making focus:
- Get to know and support the responsibilities of a pattern maker at adidas
- Help to create and convey your own patterns from brief to commercialization
- Work with physical and digital prototypes
- Get to know how to create industry leading fit and consider feedback from consumers and testers
- Work with latest technology and disrupt the industry standards with new innovations
- For internships with Digital Product Development focus:
- Get to know and support the responsibilities of a digital product developer at adidas
- Help to translate 2D pattern into your own virtual garments
- Work with CLO3D digital system
- For internships with Product Development focus:
- Get to know and support the responsibilities of a traditional product developer at adidas
- Assist the development team in daily business and administrative tasks e.g., calendar maintenance, data entry, preparation of presentations, building of material boards, maintenance of the fabric library, meeting/workshop facilitation and documentation etc.
- Support the product development team with specific parts of the product development process such as style creation, organization of fittings, comment creation, costing and sample management (including testing), benchmark studies
