Your Mission

‍

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will bring ideas to life by building and deploying AI-powered MVPs quickly and iteratively. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology to create practical AI solutions that drive real business impact.

What You'll Do

‍

  • Develop, prototype, and deploy AI/ML models rapidly.
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI frameworks into solutions.
  • Build APIs, automate workflows, and connect systems for end-to-end AI applications.
  • Collaborate closely with AI Strategists and AI Solutions Architects.
  • Implement MLOps best practices to ensure models are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready.
  • Experiment with new AI tools and frameworks to continuously improve solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI systems.

  • Strong experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Hands-on expertise with generative AI frameworks and LLMs.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), and API development.

Minimum Qualifications

‍

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, or 2+ years with a strong record of applied AI projects and prototyping.
  • Practical experience with Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or similar).
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
  • Experience with API development and integrating ML solutions into applications.
  • Understanding of MLOps principles and deployment on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Mastery of end-to-end AI solution development, including prototyping, deployment, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with production-scale ML pipelines and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative prototyping in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with experimental AI tools and continuous model improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn AI concepts into real business impact.
  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and commitment to staying current with industry trends.
