**We are looking for a Associate Business Unit & Sales Controller (f/m/d) to join our team in Ratingen, effective immediately** **As part of the Controlling department, you will support the management and analysis of our financial performance.** **Your scope**: - You will assist in the **coordination and execution of budget and planning processes** for the business units. - Your main tasks will include **analyzing the profitability and trends of various areas and commenting on deviations**. - You will be part of the team that **ensures the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS/HGB)**. - You will actively participate in the **creation of the business unit plan and target setting**, and coordinate the necessary contributions. - Additionally, you will **identify and quantify potential risks and opportunities to secure the company’s financial stability** and growth. - Furthermore, you will contribute to **special projects and perform ad-hoc analyses**. **What you bring to the table**: - You have a **degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance** or a comparable qualification. - You have **initial professional experience in controlling within an internationally active company, ideally in the automotive** industry. - **Professional and methodological expertise in controlling and cost accounting** is desirable. - You have **strong analytical and communication skills**, paired with presentation skills. - Our team primarily speaks and writes in **English, so this is a prerequisite (>= C1 level)**. - Strong communication skills to effectively **communicate at all levels of a matrix organization** are essential. - You have **advanced Excel skills and ideally experience with SAP (FI, CO, CO-PA)** or comparable ERP systems. **_We exclusively orientate on qualifications and the person's suitability with regard to the respective vacancy.
