Working Student Talent Acquisition

**Team**
Talent Acquisition is responsible for attracting and hiring new talent to all entities of the Raisin Group. It is our duty to spread the word about Raisin externally. We are an international team looking for a motivated working student to support us on our mission to find the best talent to grow with us.
**Your Responsibilities**
- You support our departments in the recruitment process of interns and working students.
- You will work within the team and other colleagues to create the internal monthly team newsletter.
- You will have the opportunity to organise recruiting fairs and events as well as partnerships with universities.
- You will be involved in exciting projects and OKRs, that further enables us to meet our high recruiting standards.
- You will support us with Talent Acquisition Operations and data reporting.

- You are enthusiastic about an analytical approach towards Talent Acquisition and optimising processes to scale.
- You enjoy working in a team and like to take responsibility and bring in your own ideas.
- You are open-minded and a communicative person.
