**YOUR MISSION**:
Join our team as a **Working Student Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)** and play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition department. Your mission will be to streamline project management, contribute to small projects, assist with reporting, and support sourcing activities. Through your dedication and willingness to learn, you will help us attract and hire top talent, driving our company's growth and success.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Support the Talent Acquisition team by actively participating in project management activities, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of projects.
- Assist with reporting efforts, collecting and analyzing data to provide valuable insights that will support informed decision-making within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and cross-departmentally, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Student status (currently enrolled in university) and availability to join us for 20 hours per week for at least one year
- Fluency in both English (German would be a plus)
- Reliability and a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Basic project management skills to drive successful initiatives
- Insatiable curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to come to our Berlin office once a week
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or a different applicant tracking system (ATS) would be a plus
