**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As we’re looking to significantly grow our existing teams and expand into new cities across Europe, we are seeking a talented individual to join us as a Working Student in Talent Acquisition to work closely with our Entrepreneur in Residence and our COO on scaling the team. You will be responsible for identifying top talent to fill open positions and support the entire hiring process.

In this critical role, you will play a significant part in scaling the company and helping us achieve our growth goals. This opportunity offers a unique chance to develop your Talent Acquisition skills and further your professional growth.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with the COO, his Entrepreneur in Residence and different hiring managers to scale the BEAT81 team
- Employer branding
- Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of new hiring processes
- Join later interview rounds to learn how to become a great hiring manager themselves

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Enrolled student, preferably in the fields of business, HR, Psychology
- Available for min. 15 hours per week for at least 6 months
- Language Proficiency: English (min. B2), German is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and a very structured working style
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a solid drive to get things done
- Critical judgements and evaluations
- Strong identification with our company and team values, including inclusiveness, growth mindset, care, humbleness, low ego, integrity, and resilience.
- Experience in the field of Talent Acquisition is a plus, but not a requirement.
